A real estate developer has filed plans to build a 10-story, 99-unit building at 36 Bruckner Blvd. in Mott Haven.
The plans, filed by Arian Liton earlier this month, call for a 104-foot-tall building to go up at the intersection of Alexander Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard.
The proposal calls for an 81,019-square-foot building, with 75,223 square feet designated for residential use. The plans also include 5,368 square feet for commercial use, 417 square feet for a community facility, and 20 parking spaces.
The site is located near the 3rd Avenue-138th Street subway station.
Liton filed for demolition permits last month.
