Police arrested a man for striking a pedestrian last week in Parkchester.
According to police, Feliz Hernandez, 20, was cuffed after he allegedly struck a 75-year-old man with his Nissan Altima on Tuesday, January 23 at 9:15 p.m. on White Plains Road and Archer Street.
The victim sustained serious neck and head injuries and was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition.
Hernandez remained at the scene and has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
