A ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held for the the new Empire State Ambulatory Surgery Center at 3170 Webster Avenue on Wednesday, September 16. The center, which is a state-of-the-art freestanding outpatient surgery center, came to fruition as the result of a collaboration between the Bronx’s top surgeons and the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mt. Sinai and Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America.
