National Council of Negro Women’s 15th Annual Black History Month Celebration

Co-hosted by the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. Co-op City Section and Riverbay Fund, the 15th Annual Black History Month Celebration was held Saturday, February 27 at the Dreiser Community Center. This fun afternoon even consisted of singing, dancing, stepping, poetry, spoken word and story telling for everyone’s amusement.
