A Throggs Neck school joined a health organization to throw a health and wellness fair on Saturday, June 14 at Mott Hall Community School. Faculty and health group Healthfirst set up booths for diabetes screenings and blood pressure checks, while the NYPD and FDNY manned their own booths. And if that wasn’t enough to get students — and their parents — feelin’ good, they could also try to drench a teacher in the dunk tank.
