Miss Talitha Debutante Crowned

Talitha Cumi Urban Etiquette Leadership Academy’s second annual S.W.A.G.G. Debutante Ball was held on Sunday, July 1 at The Sanz Banquet Hall. Olivia Maria Guilford was crowned this year’s Miss Talitha Debutante by the academy’s founder and director Lady Pamela Damon.
