Our borough displayed its Puerto Rican pride in style at the 2017 Miss Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade Reinado Infantil pageant on Sunday, March 26 at the United Federation of Teachers. Hosted by the Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade, Inc. this year’s judges crowned Skylene Chavez as their queen, Marisabel Soto as first princess and Ashley Robles as second princess. The highly decorated pageant royalty will continue their fairy tale princess dream when they march in the 31st annual Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade on Sunday, June 4 at 9 a.m. from East 192nd Street to Van Cortlandt Avenue East.

Second princess Ashley Robles happily accepted her bouquet.
