Mariano Deputizes P.S. 63 Students

In honor of the Hartford Junior Fire Marshal program’s 70th anniversary, former New York Yankees reliever and the Hartford Brand ambassador Mariano Rivera educated P.S. 63 students on fire safety in the Hartford’s mobile fire safety house on Tuesday, June 6.

The mobile safety house utilizes state-of-the-art technology simulating various home fire situations and what to do in a smoke-filled bedroom.
