Man stabbed on D Train after confrontation: NYPD

A  man was stabbed in the buttocks while riding the D Train, police said.

According to the NYPD, on Sept. 19, at 8:40 p.m., a 33-year-old man accidently made contact with another commuter on a northbound “D” train. Suddenly, the man he bumped into became irate and stabbed him in the buttocks.

The victim was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital and released. The assailant walked off the train at the 174-17 Street station and fled to the street.

The individual is described as a Black male, 25-35 years old, 6’1″, with blond highlighted dreads; last seen wearing a black shirt, light blue jeans and multi-colored sneakers.
