An army of over 400 Macy’s volunteers rolled up their sleeves to give back to the community as part of their company’s 11th annual Give Back Day on Tuesday, August 23 at the William Howard Taft Educational Complex. Done in collaboration with DreamYard Project, Macy’s committed generous resources, volunteers and support from its vendors to refurbish the school building and campus. The day’s projects included refurbishing the school’s courtyard and public spaces; creating a wrestling room; revamping locker rooms; painting hallways, fencing and theater and canvas art painting among many others.

Local elected officials, Macy’s executives and volunteers celebrated Give Back Day at the William Howard Taft Educational Complex.
