Kingsbridge Heights Little League’s Opening Day

Now these little leaguers can really play ball thanks to a generous sponsor. Kingsbridge Heights Little League celebrated its Saturday, April 30 opening day with a neighborhood parade beginning at Visitation Church’s parking lot and trekking through the neighborhood until arriving at Cooney Grauer Field. Once the players made their way onto the field, an on-field ceremony unfolded featuring sponsors, La Sorsa Automotive Group donating a car truck full of brand new baseballs to the league. This event also marked the official debut appearance of La Sorsa’s iconic mascots Lois Price, Max Service and Manny Selectives who helped distribute the baseballs.
