NYS Homes and Community Renewal, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, B&B Urban, elected officials and partners celebrated the completion of the Kingsbridge Heights Apartments, a $70.5 million newly constructed affordable and supportive housing development on Wednesday, May 22 at 2700 Jerome Avenue. The 13-story Kingsbridge Heights Apartments include 135 affordable apartments with 40 reserved for formerly homeless families.
