New York Yankees infielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. hosted his second annual Jazz Chisholm Foundation Fashion Show on Monday, May 19, at Nebula Nightclub in Manhattan, raising funds to support underserved families in New York, Florida, and his native Bahamas.
The event raised nearly $200,000 in support of the Jazz Chisholm Foundation’s mission to empower young athletes and families through programs centered on sports, education, and community development.

Several athletes, musicians and media personalities were on hand to show their support. Among the notable attendees were Chisholm’s Yankees teammates Gerrit Cole, Cody Bellinger and J.C. Escarra, Texas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager, New York Jets linebacker Jamien Sherwood, MLB players Nick Gordan and Lucius “Legenlu” Fox, MLB Network host Siera Santos, DJ and media personality Ivy Rivera, Latin musician Yaisel LM and hip-hop artists Lord Sko and Niko Brim.

Chisholm and many of the celebrity guests took part in a runway show to show off their “tunnel fits” and sneakers. The fashion show was meant to celebrate the intersection of fashion, sports and philanthropy.

“I’m highly into fashion and I like to have fun, party and enjoy myself all the time, so we just put it all in one, just to give back to a good cause and for the kids,” Chisholm said. “I get to do everything that I dream of, while giving back to kids. That’s why I love the Jazz Chisholm Foundation so much, because it’s me and the kids. Always believe that you are going to do whatever you want to do and that there’s no way you’re going to fail. If you believe you’re not going to fail, you’re not going to fail. You got to keep on pushing through. A minor setback is always primed for a bigger comeback, so you’re going to be alright.”

There was also a live auction for exclusive high-end items. The items included a 2024 Rolex Datejust 41mm Jubilee Stainless Steel men’s watch, a Hermès HAC A Dos PM Backpack in Black Togo with Palladium Hardware and a three-liter bottle of Ace of Spades Brut Gold Champagne in a gift box, signed by the entire Yankees roster.

Despite not being able to attend the event in person, former Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano was still able to show his support. He wound up placing the winning bid on the champagne bottle.
