Councilman Mark Gjonaj sponsored a Lien Outreach Session for constituents in the 13th Council District with representatives from DOF, DEP, HPD and others about tax, water or emergency repair liens. Many had the opportunity to discuss options for preventing future lien sales and speak to financial counselors to help them make informed decisions.
