Due to increased complaints by residents in the 13th Council District regarding homelessness in local parks and parkland and quality of life issues, Councilman Mark Gjonaj held a follow-up meeting with representatives from the 45th and 49th precincts, Department of Social Services, Parks Department and other elected officials on how to best address these issues.
