FreshDirect partnered with Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., City Harvest, and local merchants to distribute 400 turkeys to south Bronx residents this Thanksgiving season. The distribution took place at the Mott Haven Bar and Grill on Monday, November 23. Governor Mario Cuomo recognized the partners in this year’s Thanksgiving initiative.
