The FDNY Uniformed Fire Officers Association and Operation Warm held a giveaway event at Bridge Builders CPI, 156 W. 164th Street, on Friday, February 6. At the event winter coats were distributed to hundreds of city kids in need. For the event, The FDNY’s UFOA helped reduce the number of children in the city battling the cold while collaborating with Operation Warm, an organization that has provided winter apparel to nearly 1.7 million children in nearly every state.
