On Saturday, September 21, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Center for Health Equity hosted its second annual ‘Fall Festival’ at Tremont Park. The event featured the showcasing of the Bronx Health Action Center’s Mural Project, music, arts and crafts and various health resources for the community.
