Dinowitz, Cohen honor longtime deli owner with street co-naming ceremony

Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz recently joined Councilman Andrew Cohen to honor longtime Loeser’s Deli owner Fredy Loeser with a street co-naming ceremony at West 231st Street and Godwin Terrace, where the deli has called its home for nearly 60 years.
