Institute for Community Living board and staff welcomed the community to an Open House on Friday, February 9 to celebrate ICL’s Crotona Park Residence at 1510 Southern Boulevard. Members of the Community Board 7 and local organizations enjoyed breakfast, tours of the residence and welcoming remarks by David Woodlock, ICL CEO and Caren Abate, director of Housing for the NYC Field Office and NYS Office of Mental Health.
