Councilman Ritchie Torres visited the third annual Middle School Quality Initiative Debate Tournament at M.S. 45 on Monday, March 7. The councilman shared words of strength and encouragement with the 275 participating youth. The debate tournament is hosted by the NYC Department of Education, MSQI and New York City Urban Debate League.
