City Island hosts annual Halloween parade

The annual City Island Halloween Parade took place on Friday, October 31 and was sponsered by the City Island Chamber of Commerce.

City Islanders of all ages in costumes of all types marched from Hawkins Park down City Island Avenue to the community center for a post-parade party.
