On Thursday, December 10, Senator Jeff Klein and Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj hosted a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Rudy Macina Peace Plaza. The tree lighting included an appearance by Santa and his helpers. Klein and Gjonaj were joined by Assemblyman Michael Benedetto, the Morris Park Community Association, Community Board 11 and members of the P.S. 83 holiday choir.
