On Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, the City Island Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual City Island Fall Arts & Crafts Fair. The fair included art work from over 50 local businesses and vendors, featuring fine art, jewelry, photography, wood crafts, candles, soaps, body care, crochet, face painting and more. There was also music in Hawkins Park as well as a free tasting contest to rate the City Island’s best clam chowders.
