The Castle Hill community and a team of young artists from the Castle Hill Houses participated in Community Painting Day on Thursday, July 28. They painted a mural at the 635 Castle Hill Avenue. Made possible through Groundswell’s flagship summer jobs program, the Summer Leadership Institute, the piece encourages elders to serve as mentors for local youth to inspire positive change in the surrounding neighborhood.
