Bronx Jewish Center Hosts Community Barbecue

The Bronx Jewish Center hosted a community barbecue on Thursday, May 23 in honor of the Holiday Of Lag BaOmer. Lag BaOmer, also known as Lag B’Omer, celebrated on the 33rd day of the Counting of the Omer, which occurs on the 18th day of the Hebrew month of Iyar.

Mike Aronowitz enjoyed some tasty barbecued treats at the holiday celebration.
