In celebration of CUNY Month, Bronx Community College officially opened its newly renovated quadrangle with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 3.
The quadrangle completes the vision of the campus started by legendary architect Stanford White at the turn of the last century.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the quadrangle provides an outdoor space boasting pedestrian pathways, ornamental trees and other plantings, benches and tables, bicycle racks, lamps, free Wi-Fi and a broad lawn for future commencements.
