BP Diaz, Gjonaj Discuss Gas Outage

Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. and Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj met with Throggs Neck Houses tenants and NYCHA representatives on Wednesday, August 9 to discuss the recent gas outage and other quality of life issues impacting 70 apartments.
