BombaYo Salutes Oscar Lopez Rivera

BombaYo Culture En Vivo performed a drum salute for soon to be freed terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera on Friday, January 20 at Andrew Freedman Home. Lopez Rivera, a Puerto Rican nationalist and an Armed Forces of National Liberation leader, was granted clemency by the outgoing president. In 1977, Lopez Rivera was arrested and tried for seditious conspiracy, use of force to commit robbery, interstate transportation of firearms and conspiracy to transport explosives with intent to destroy government property.
