Local Morris Park/Van Nest activist and past borough president’s office staffer Bob Nolan was honored recently by the United Hospital Fund at a luncheon at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in the Manhattan. Nolan received the Distinguished Service Award for his service as a board member representing the Bronx for the Health and Hospitals Corporation, the city’s public hospital system.
