Assemblyman Michael Blake marched with others during the Disability Pride Parade at Madison Square Park in NYC on Sunday, July 12. The parade, dedicated to ‘Inclusion, Awareness, Visibility’, had over 1,000 people in attendance. Mayor de Blasio kicked off the event, dubbing July ‘Disability Pride Month’. The parade also celebrated the 25-year anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
