Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj joined Santa Claus and a few elf helpers to spread holiday cheer at New York Institute for Special Education on Monday, December 19. Gifts were given at the event to preschoolers with special needs and developmental disabilities. The Rotary Club of the Bronx, Sons of Italy Uguaglianza Northeast Bronx Lodge #83, and Anthony’s Flower Farm donated gifts along with Gjonaj to make the holiday season brighter for the children.
