At around 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, a 56-year old man was fatally struck by an Isuzu box truck. The victim was attempting to cross the street at Bronx River and Westchester avenues when the truck, which was making a right turn onto Bronx River Avenue, knocked the victim to the ground and struck him with the truck’s rear tires.
