U.S. Representative Ritchie Torres urged City Hall to follow through with social services and treatment plans for people who frequented Roberto Clemente Plaza to use drugs that were displaced when the city cleared the notorious open air drug market last month. Local South Bronx residents say the city isn't doing enough to help and that drug use isn't truly being addressed, only relocated.
