The 2015 Bronx LGBTQ Pride Awards Dinner was held at Eastwood Manor on Tuesday, July 14. Honorees were James Palacio, also known as Empress Fiona St. James, receiving the Rev. Magora E. Kennedy Stonewall Courage Award; Tyra Ross, Brenda Howard Community Spirit of Pride Award; Bronx Council on the Arts’ Longwood Art Gallery, the DJ Frankie Knuckles Pride in the Arts Award; Sean Coleman, the Christine Jorgensen Trailblazer Award; Lewis Goldstein, the Stormé DeLarverie Memorial Award; and Lissette Marrero, the Luis Freddy Molano-Polanco Advocacy in Health Award. The event was hosted by Diva Jackie Dupree, with music provided by DJ TK. Judge Linda Poust-Lopez received an award in an announcement made on the night of the event.
