Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. and City and State New York Magazine hosted a reception to commemorate the launch of the magazine’s Borough Series on Tuesday, September 20 at the Hard Rock Cafe. The special Bronx edition of the Borough Series print magazine that was distributed at the event featured editorials on top political hangouts, perspectives from top borough leaders and coverage of Bronx-specific issues.
