Zonta International celebrates women’s day with domestic violence awareness

Zonta International’s Bronx club celebrated International Women’s Day with a luncheon in Pelham Bay on Sunday, March 8. The program, called ‘Love Shouldn’t Hurt,’ honored domestic violence survivor Melissa Holmes. International Women’s Day is a major national holiday in several countries. Zonta International is a worldwide organization of executives and business professionals that seeks to advance the status of women.
