The Westchester Square Business Improvement District and GrowNYC hosted its second annual Shop N’ Swap and Carnival on Saturday, July 23 at Owen Dolen Recreation Center. The free thrifting event allowed residents to bring and trade reusable portable items such as clothing, house wares, games, books and toys. A fun-filled carnival featured a Pitch Burst game station, delicious cotton candy, bouncy castles and art demonstrations.
