Van Nest Little League commemorated its 60th anniversary with a prestigious awards ceremony on Saturday, June 11 at the Hutchinson Metro Center Atrium. The league formally recognized its own Anthony Amarosa with a special award for his 43 years of service. Congressman Joseph Crowley, Senator Jeff Klein and Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj presented VNLL with proclamations to commemorate the league’s remarkable milestone.
