In honor of Memorial Day, University Center held its annual Memorial Day BBQ on Monday, May 27 for their residents and staff, but there’s one person that makes the BBQ what it is today and that someone is Louie Ortega.
Ortega is one of the facility’s everyday cooks, but he’s the person that makes the most out of the BBQ, everything from BBQ chicken, burgers, steak and what could be his specialty, delicious hot dogs.
