Councilman Rafael Salamanca joined the Hebrew Home, FOXY Mangement, NYC Housing Preservation & Development and NYCHA to celebrate the opening of 1880 Boston Road, a 167-unit, 100% affordable housing building for seniors in the 17th Council District.
Salamanca allocated $728,000 toward making this project a reality.
