Greystone Development hosted an open house for On the Sound, a newly constructed waterfront residential development and first large-scale condo development in City Island in more than 15 years, on Thursday, August 17 at 226 Fordham Place.
Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, On the Sound features two-, three- and four-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,407 square feet to 3,345 square feet with private garage and driveway parking for each unit; gas fireplaces; an elevated terrace; outdoor pool; playground and fitness center.
