40th Precinct

Tuesday, July 9 at 5:05 p.m. — The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred in the number two and five IRT subway station at Third Avenue and East 149th Street.

Police received a report of a 26-year-old woman being followed by a male individual inside of the station. The individual lifted up the woman’s skirt as they climbed up stairs leading to the street.

When the victim confronted the individual, he laughed at her and walked to the Bx41 bus stop at Third Avenue and East 148th Street.

The individual is described as a Black man approximately 20-years-old, 5’5” in height. He was last seen wearing a dark colored du rag, a black shirt, black sweatpants, green socks and black slip on sandals. He was carrying a black backpack.

43rd Precinct

Sunday, July 14 at 11:45 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a male stabbed in front of 1749 Seward Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious 65-year-old male lying in the middle of the street with trauma to his head. EMS responded to the location and determined that the male did not suffer any stab wounds. EMS personnel subsequently transported the male to Jacobi Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. The NYC Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.

44th Precinct

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying this man who is wanted for questioning regarding an incident in which a man was stabbed in front of 1749 Seward Avenue in the 43rd Precinct.

Tuesday, July 9 at 9:13 p.m. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted for question in connection with a robbery that happened at a gas station.

An unidentified individual removed the front gate lock to a gas station located at 99 E. 149th Street. The individual gained entry by pulling a chain on a pully and raising the gate high enough to crawl beneath.

Once inside, the individual removed two power tools valued at approximately $250 dollars, lottery tickets valued at approximately $400, and 20 cigarette packs and fled in an unknown direction.

The individual wanted for questioning is described as a male Black, with a bald head; he was last seen wearing glasses and a dark colored t-shirt.

45th Precinct

Thursday, June 27 at 2:30 p.m. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny.

Police received a report that in the vicinity of Benson Street and St. Raymonds Avenue, an 83-year-old male victim was entering his residence when an unidentified male reached into the victim’s wallet and fled the location. The male fled in unknown direction with credit cards and driver’s license.

The individual wanted for questioning is reference to the robbery was a bald, male Black, who is 5’11” wearing tall last seen white T-shirt and khaki pants.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this individual wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident on Tuesday, July 9 in the 40th Precinct.

In addition to incident, video obtained by the NYPD shows the wanted male using the credit card at a liquor store located at 41 Westchester Square.

49th Precinct

Tuesday, July 9 at 4:10 a.m. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a female wanted for questioning in connection to an anti-Hispanic assault that occurred within confines 49th Precinct.

Police received a report that at at White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway, a 54-year-old female victim was on the southbound train at the Pelham Parkway subway station when she became involved in a dispute with an unidentified female.

The female proceeded to remove the victim’s contractor helmet and struck her in the face while making anti-Hispanic statements. The victim sustained minor injuries and was removed by EMS to Einstein Hospital in stable condition.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a female Black with a camouflage scarf, burgundy hair and all black clothing.
