Over 300 Bronxites laced up their dancing shoes and partied for a purpose on Saturday, June 1 at Relay for Life of the Bronx at The Mall at Bay Plaza. This annual year’s featured the theme ‘Dancing Towards a Cure for Cancer’ and raised approximately $50,000 in funds for cancer research, free rides to treatment, and free patient lodging – all supported by the American Cancer Society.
