Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. hosted the Bronx’s time honored Christmas tree lighting ceremony and holiday festivities on Thursday, December 6 at the Bronx County Building.

The evening included a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus who provided hot choclate, delicious cookies and treats for the community and youth.

The Yuletide celebration featured performances by The Celia Cruz Bronx High School Choir, Students Taking a New Direction NYC and Lil Lex.
