43rd Precinct

Monday, September 3th — Cops need your help in identifying a individual who was last seen dressed in a red shorts and a dark colored T-shirt with the word ‘nation’ on it who took an elderly man’s hard-earned cash from an ATM as the victim was making a withdrawal. The incident occurred at 784 Castle Hill Avenue. If anyone has any information, they can call (800) 577-TIPS or the 43rd Precinct’s detective squad.

Tuesday, September 18th — A citizen who is an off duty auxiliary police officer helped cops arrest a man who was entering cars and removing items in the vicinity of Virginia and Haviland avenues.

47th Precinct

Monday, September 10th — Police officers are looking for a black man who is about six feet tall with hair in box braids for two unprovoked assaults. The assaults took place in the vicinity of White Plains Road. He is was seen wearing a dark colored top with white stripes. Anyone with information about this individual is asked to call the Crime Stoppers program at (800) 577- TIPS.

45th Precinct

Friday, August 17th at 2:46 a.m. — A citizen reported to the Bronx Times that a hunter green Hyundai Elantra hit his recreational vehicle and then left the scene, and he said that the driver is still at large as of press time. The driver rear ended the camper at an estimated 45 miles per hour on East Tremont Avenue injuring the man and his wife, nearly totaling the vehicle. The collision was so fierce that it knocked the woman who was lying in a bed in the RV’s cabin onto the floor, injuring her head. The owner said the driver continued alongside the RV, causing more damage, and then sped down East Tremont Avenue near Baisley Avenue.

48th Precinct

Sunday, August 26th at 5:22 p.m. — Cops are still looking for an individual in connection with the robbery of a cellphone in August. This individual approached a 23-year-old man, the victim, near a subway station entrance in West Farms Square. He took the victim’s cellphone by force, before fleeing the area. He is described as a black or Hispanic man believed to be in his 20s. He was last seen wearing dark jeans and a black T-shirt.

Monday, September 17th at 11:07 p.m.. — Police are looking for a black man in his 20s who entered a commercial establishment at 576 E. 187th Street and took out a gun.
