The Military Order of the Purple Heart Colon-Rivera Memorial Chapter 3 NYC commemorated its 27th Anniversary Luncheon on Saturday, September 15 at Marina del Rey. This year’s honorees were former commander David Hall; Richard Bertoli, Sr.; president Carmen Brown; former junior commander Abner Greenberg; Benjamin Alston, commander Bernard Robinson, Tony Lo Bianco, Ramon Caraballo and the late Tito Puente, Sr.
