Several local leaders were toasted at the Bronx County Democratic Party’s annual dinner on Wednesday, July 18 at Marina del Rey Caterers. This year’s distinguished honorees included Joseph Geiger, NYC District Council of Carpenters executive secretary-treasurer; Mario J. Garcia, MD, Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine Heart and Vascular Care co-director; Rella Fogliano, MacQuesten Companies president; Rosa Garcia, Mott Haven Bar and Grill owner and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and former deputy borough president Aurelia Greene.
