The Co-op City American Legion Post 1871 and Riverbay Corp. remembered our nation’s fallen heroes at the time honored Co-op City Memorial Day Ceremony on Sunday, May 27 at 2049 Bartow Avenue. The heartfelt event featured a spectacular performance by the Transit Authority Drums and Bagpipes, a raising of the colors and wreath laying ceremony honoring the many U.S. service members who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
