OATH Neighborhood Pop-Up Courts come to borough locations

Councilman Fernando Cabrera and Administrative Law Judge Fidel Del Valle, NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings commissioner, announced on Tuesday, April 24 in Mount Hope that the city will host ‘pop up court’ events where the city will hold hearings on summonses issued by various agencies. The OATH Neighborhood Pop Up Courts will be traveling to communities and holding trials and hearings at places like community boards, libraries and elected officials’ offices. OATH’s next borough pop-up court is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23 at Councilman Ritchie Torres’ office.
